Facilities feel outdated!!! WiFi signal unreliable!!! Shower door malfunctioning!!! Overall cleanliness could greatly improve!!!

I 100% recommend this place and would book again. Wonderful hotel with excellent wi-fi, the location is particularly good next to the bus terminal. The breakfast is tasty and excellent with several varieties, had delicious food. The venue provides a nice service.

A prime choice for a city break in Chennai with a great value-to-price ratio. The staff was very helpful, even allowing us a late checkout, made a big difference for our travel plans. Just be prepared for noisy hallways at night.

We really enjoyed the health club and the outdoor pool. The staff was friendly, and we had a blast exploring the local nightlife. Perfect for a group vacation. Just a heads up, you might want to expect some noise from the corridors late at night.

Decent stay with some hiccups

I stayed for 6 nights in a Club Double Room. The location was super convenient, and they had reliable free wifi. The room was a good size with comfy aircon. Staff was friendly, but a little slow. I had breakfast at the bar area, but the options were kinda limited. Not bad, but some service improvement would help.

I stayed in a Club Double Room for 3 nights. The room was a good size with a nice TV and comfy air conditioning. They provided free water, tea, and coffee, a nice touch. The housekeeping was on point, but the bathroom could use a little update-showing its age. Not bad!

Happy hour had great drink options and the staff were friendly. Limited seating in communal areas made it hard to find a spot at times.

The staff at the cafeteria on level 2 were friendly and helpful, providing useful information on how to get to other areas. The hotel offers complimentary breakfast, snacks, and water in the rooms. The front office, housekeeping, and room service were all friendly and accommodating. The hotel is conveniently located near a metro station, which can be accessed by a short auto rickshaw ride.

The employees are kind and available 24/7, providing excellent service. Quick check-in and late check-out are available. the location is perfect with on-site parking. the restaurant nearby is pleasant and just a short walk from the hotel.
